A big part of the city of Rotterdam will be closed off when the tour de France is in town on the third of July 2010. Starting on thursday until saturdaynight no traffic will be allowed in some parts of the city due to safety and health issues. The first stage of the tour de france this year will start in Rotterdam on the 4th of July.
